i had jus experienced the best HaLLoween Celebration organised By no one.. But AP Com..
and to be specific.. is by the AP Com hAllowEen Crews...
Consisting of the main Leads: Darren, SP, Kevin and all the characters... supporting them will be Katherine, Weixuan, Ivy, Nessa,the runners and Me...
A Round of applause to all of u... Great Job.. Well Done Guys... u guys created the best memory for Angela for this Halloween...

It all begins abt 3 weeks back when i 1st gt in touch with the whole grp of ppl...
its when i am helpin ivy to do the make-up for the characters...
actualli i dun have to help... but out of goodwill i did..
cos darren had alwaes been nice helpin me.. so i am definitly in to volunteer to help...

The staffs who will be acting as the characters came frm diff backgrounds.. some familiar faces and alot of New blood.. lol... but these whole bunch of ppl realli Rox!! lol... thats the oni word i can thk of to describe the lot of them...

Poor Gavin has to raise his hands for the whole nite acting as the scarcrow... others gt massage while removin makeup-service provided by SP.. but he didnt.. (cos he had no makeup on).. so i helped him massage... poor thg... this is also his last nite as scarcrow.. cos on the last day.. Vincent will be acting as the scarcrow.. role switch...Me and Debbie... Can Whoring while the others are removing their makeups..Gavin... Me... Debbie....Janice ah Boy and Me...

Oh... not to forgt.. for the last 2 days of the halloween event.. we had an additional character... special guest frm AP Com... Kevin.... lol.. he is the red devil...he looks pretty cool rite... his costume and tools are all self made and modifided... freaking cool..

ThanksIntroducing Ah Green (Jasper).. i cant help... jus keep callin him ah green since the 1st day i do the makeup for him... eventualli ah green became his nickname... anyway... not to be upset jasper.. cos.. ah green sounds cute.. lol...Pontianak... she is Winnie... stationed at the West Loop with the rest... if i am not wrong.. its mentioned in the newspaper article that she is one of the most scary character... Well done ger...
Eileen... Nice lady... she is one of the Cheong Sum... she is station at the West Loop with the rest... to me... she simply gives the spooky feeling...
This is DracuLa.. Travis... he changed his character since the 2nd day when Vin n Jojo Couldnt make it due to some issue... He is an interactive Dracula... Nice one...

Palm Reading and Tarot Card consultation

For the Halloween event at Night Safari, We hired 2 professionals to be stationed at East Lodge to spice up that area.
1 is the Shadow cutting guy and the other is the tarot card reading lady...

She is the lady that does tarot card reading... hmmmm.. as i missed the chance to visit East Lodge the week before.. so i excused myself from the enterance last friday to get my shadow cutting done.. and also try out the tarot card reading...

i went to the East Lodge with Nessa and Weixuan... upon reachin.. we went straight to the guy who does the shadow cutting... cos we dont wanna queue within the public once he starts wrk.

He took only a short 1 min to get each shadow cutting done.. Amazing... and it looks very nice... i am amazed by the skill he had.. upon chatting with him, we realise that he is also the guy who did palm reading last week.. i immediately start pestering him to read my palm and tell me about it...

As he sees that there is no crowd at the area, he agreed...

Thick n Huge palm of mine.. shows that i am a fortunate person.. wealth is not something that i will worry about.. health is more critical.. i am kinda week at the earlier stage.. but no worries.. my health will get better as i grow (hopefully so).. i will have my own career and i am not a easily satisfied person.. not satisfied not in the money wise but the jobscope.. i need to slow down abit as i am working at a fast speed that people around me might not be able to catch up.. slowing down will also show me thgs at a clearer view... I am a person with no worries (hmmm) and i definitely have sufficient sleep.. cos the tired signs are not shown on my palm.. i will get married at my late 20s ard 28 or 29..

Interesting yeah.. lol.. after which i went to do the tarot card reading..

1st i asked about relationship

She needs my DOB before start.. while i'm choosing the 6 cards for her analysing.. she started doing some calculation with my DOB.. hmmmm....

The cards i choosen tells that i am a person who needs alot of freedom.. i have a major disappointed in love and i had not walked out of it.. there are alot of guys around me but i am not willing to commit.. someone will appear next June, this person will catch my attention and make me indecisive.. i have to slowly walk out from the previous disappointment before i can commit to the next.. my ideal age of marriage will be 29.. she also said that from my DOB calculation.. it shows that i am a very independent person... i don rely on anyone regarding any issue.. its hard to keep me under control..

Whooo. these words from her reminds me strongly of him... hmmm... my 1 and only disappointment and regret...

Then i proceed to ask about my career...

Again she asked me to choose another 6 cards..

This set of cards tells that i am in my current job due to the fun and challanges that i like.. this job is starting to give me disappointment and i am getting abit listless when working... she suggested that i shld go on a holiday or breakfree from job for a short period of time.. i will change my job latest by next August or July 09... she said that i am a person who is not willing to stay in a job that constantly does the same thg.. i love to use my own creativity while at work... i will not just stop when the pay is good.. i will keep striving until i reaches the management level.. she suggested that i should find a reliable partner whom i can trust and work with and start my own business.. cos this is what i should be..

Wooooo Sounds interesting rite... hopefully its like wat she says.. Gonna work even harder now.. to reach my final and destinated goal..

freaking tried the whole of last week...
endless stuff that left me w/o a choice but to keep pushing n pushing myself..

jus came back for Amy's Wedding (amy is my elder cousin)
she is the 1st to get married (direct relative of same generation)even ahead of Terence who is the eldest...
Amy is 28 this yr.. and Terence is 32...
hmmm.. seems that Terence have to put some effort asap... 40 is approachin in no time...

Met alot of relatives and so-called auntie and uncles...
frankly speakin.. i cant rem most of them... hmmm...
maybe cos we dun realli mix together often...
even daddy and mummy gt confused of all the different status..
i guess, alot of youngsters like me have the same prob ba...

Wore my black toga dress.. finally get to wear it..
did some mini DIY on the dress.. nice nice...

My 'ScAry' Weekend

Had been freakin busy last week...
busy till the stage that i dont even have time to update my blog...

hmmm.. gonna start wif my schedule on thurs...
Last thurs was our golf day as the wed class had been changed..
Ann continued to make us practice back swing... i simply loves back swing.. LOL..
maeb bcos of the ending pose.. lol
the difference last week is that she took a video of us individually making 2 swings...
the distant doesnt realli matters.. its the posture that she is looking at...
she wanna correct our posture and also the placing of our hands...

Deb starts off nicely.. she simply has the nicest posture from my point of view...
i love the way she places her arms...
mine was bad start (as usual)
i have this habit of hittin an air ball b4 movin to the actual...
even ann noticed that... when i hit the miss, she said "thats the usual angela"
LOL.. i tot i hid my small acts well lor..
my hits was pretty nice comparing to my previous... the ball went quite a distant.. jus that the 2nd hit, the direction wasnt that right...
that means.. i am not being consistant... haiz

aft lesson.. i continued playing another 85 balls wif Deb...
as usual this is the time when we get to do the chatting and stuff... Not bad...
i simply loves this feelin talkin to her.. casually yet informative or i sld say productive... =p

My friday started off kinda late.. even ivy was worried that i might not b in time to do the makeup for the 'ghost'
'Ghost' as in the characters for the halloween event that we will are doin for Night Safari...
its darren's event.. and i can say.. darren put in his 200% effort into this proj..

I volunteered to help up with the event as i alwaes believes in wrkin as a team...
darren alwaes helps us so when there's an oppotunity.. i will help him also...
this is how a team shld b rite... =p
but this volunteery job is gonna take up 2 of my weekends... haiz... no choice..

This is the event banner.. manage to find it on the Night Safari Webbie...

This time round, i will be assisting Ivy in the make-up portion... that means i will be doing the 'GHOST' makeup... lol... i had never tried it b4... i seldom do makeup for others, unless upon request... and unlike usual... this makeup is completely different.. we are using oil face paint instead of normal make-up... we are not making them look pretty.. instead we have to make them look scary.. LOL... challanging ya...

It took me some time to figure out the type of makeup to do for them and also some of the makeup techniques... nice one Ivy... i learned alot from u.. as Ivy has gt past experience in Makeup line, she is the head of the makeup team.. and we are the helpers... lol.. we have to follow ivy's instruction and do the makeup...

i did the makeup and i have to let ivy do the touching up in ofc and also darken the colors.. seems that i am a little light when doin the 'ghost' makeup... hmmm.. maeb i am use to light makeup le.. thats y cant realli bear to use too thick of each color..

This is how i spent my fri (11am - 4pm) Sat (11am - 4pm) .. for both days i am also down at Night safari to do the touchup for the 'ghosts'... on friday.. darren assigned me to the 'Forest Giant Trail' to babysit the 'ghosts' allocated there.. haiz...

The Night Safari Staff led us into the forest area where the 'ghosts' will be position... OMG!! frankly speaking... i admit that i dont have the capabitlity to earn that money.. cos.. even before the whole thg start.. i had already freaked out and left.. -_-'

Jojo was position on the way to the bridge from the enterance.. She is standing by the walkway... nuttin too errie.. jus that the walkway is a little too dark and there are irritating sound effect...Ah boy is positioned on the bridge... This is the Terror... there are dummy heads hanged all across the bridge and there are some scary sound played ard that area... the lights are green.. the bridge leads to another dark patch of area.. OMG.. freaking me out... Then we went to position Harry... He is supposed to be position at the walkway between the bridge and Jojo... its at the alternate direction from ah boy... OMG.. i didnt even wan to accompany him in.. cos its freakin dark and errie... i will NEVER wan to go in... so i left the nanny (one of the runners) to accompany him in and i head back the initial route with weixuan...

When we were back at the bridge, the screeching sound from the forest scare us to the max... and as expected wat norm gers will do.. we tries our very best to dash out of the forest area... LOL... we left the forest after a short chat wif Jojo... i never return there anymore..Afterwhich i stationed myself between the enterance with Nessa and the tram station...

Gonna introduce some of the characters to you all...(sorry didnt manage to capture all.. will try to do it this week)

1. Cheong Sum Lady (red)

She is very tall for a norm ger (considerin my height as norm la).. i look so freakin short like dwaft... LOL

Personally.. i feel that she looks freeky when sitting alone combin her hair... it brings out the mood that HK movies loves to create...

2. Little Ger (kinda imitating the adam's family daughter)

the little ger was positioned at the tram station (horror track) with the red cheong sum... Nice combination... they gives a complete different feelin as the enterance... The little ger is the so cute.. she keeps glaring at the tourist and poking her Voo Doo Doll... Kevin even mistook her for being unhappy.. LOl.. she is too engrossed into the character... Oh ya... if any of u is keen... Try guessing her age... =p3. Angie (white Angel for the 2nd Day) LOL

I took the wings from Weixuan... =p i wanna be angel for 1 day ma... lol... i know not nice la... but nvm la... as long as i get a chance to wear.. no regrets... 4. General Ghost

He is leonard.. LOL... by lookin at the pose in the picture.. can tell that he is kinda pissed and angry.. the reason is....

All of us were laughing at him.. due to his costume, his role and the comments he received... he is the replacement when other ghost urgentli needs the toilet or needs to leave their station for some reason.. LOL... he comented that some kids are disturbing and laughing at him when he is positioned elsewhere... =p5. Jiang Si (Happy Ghost)

He is one of the famous one.. has got 'Fanz' lor... 3 little gers followed him all the way from the forest to the staff enterance.. lol.. simply bcos they wanna take a pic wif him under the light (their cams are w/o the flash)

Poor boys who have to act as mummy... they had a hard time wrapping themselves and they have to bear wif their natural calls due to the intesive wrapping.. =p *Nice pose Harry* Not to forget... we have go to Mummies... 1 is Harry.. the other is Vincent...

A Day For Me to Remember

Today is the day for me and my family to remember...

Last year on this day, at this very moment..
i shld be at SGH crying my heart out...
tearing like i have endless supply of tears..

time realli flies, she had already left us for a year...

today i took leave so as to be present at the temple to pray..
my 2nd aunt's death anniversary...

for the past year, things had changed quite alot at home..
new chef, new management...
2nd aunt use to be the one taking charge and our chef..
but now the tasks had been distributed to 5th aunt n dayi..

woke up super earli this morning to get ready to go to the temple for the rituals..
have kinda like engaged a prist for some rituals and we have to get there earli for preparation.

For this past year, i admit that i had alwaes been running away..
as in i try not to go to the temple to pray with my other family member..
i know its bad for me to say and admit..
but i have to say it.. cos i feel sorry...
towards my late aunt and my family...
at times even when i can make it.. i choose nt to go..
cos i know myself very well..
i might make everyone feel worse.. i cant control my tears well..
so better not affect the others..

Today i have to go.. its a must i tell myself..
1st year death anniversary... a day for me to remember and a day for me to show how my love and appreciation i have towards my late aunt..
recalling the times since i am a child, she plays a huge part in my life..
there are just so much about her that i wanna remember and i wont forget...
(i will take about my childhood story in the coming posts)

Indeed, i know myself too well..
i cant control myself, i cant control my tears...
in the process of the rituals, i started tearing...
alot of images floating in my mind.. remindin me the past and wat she had done for me..
every single little thg..
tears just fall...

as i am the eldest so-called 'child' there...
i knelt in front of the tablet for the chanting and for some parts of the ceremony...
my heart, my head, my eyes felt heavy..
and i jus cant control myself as much as i tot i could..

before i left, i stand in front of her urn...
there's so much i wanna say and so much i wanna tell her..
but.. i said nuttin...
i simply keep calling "er yi ma"
